Traditional Worship Director
The Director of Traditional Worship leads and develops the music ministry for Lakeside’s 8:45 AM traditional worship service, guiding congregational singing, directing the choir, and coordinating instrumentalists. Working under the direction of the Senior Pastor, this role helps shape worship that is theologically rich, rooted in the historic Reformed tradition, and centered on glorifying God through music. The ideal candidate will have experience leading choirs, a love for traditional church music and hymnody, and a heart for serving and discipling musicians within the church.
Production Director
The Production Director oversees audio and technical support for worship services and church events, helping ensure that the communication of God’s Word is clear, reliable, and distraction-free. This role manages live sound, production systems, sermon media, and volunteer training while supporting the worship ministry through consistent technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with live audio systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a servant-hearted approach to ministry.
